Here is a news update about the dire way our wts, and in particular our
Didis, have to live while the fire of groupism burns high.
Can you believe that some of our dedicated field workers cannot even get
a morsel of food to eat at RDS and at the various WT camps like ETC. It
is not because there is no food. There is food. But those ruling Dadas
and Didis will not give food unless general wts can pay the price and
fund the war of groupism.
Please read the following with care and remember that so many good
workers are being tortured at the hands of those few top Wts. Below are
details and accounts from the recent RDS and various camps.
BIG WTS ARE THE CAUSE
Due to the continued groupist war carried out by those factional Dadas,
all wts are getting a bad name. That is the tragedy. In truth, there are
so many field workers who sincerely desire to spread Baba's ideals. Yet
many family margiis have lost faith entirely in the Wt structure, after
witnessing the repeated nonsense and hypocritical actions of Wt group
leaders. That makes it very, very difficult then for general workers,
and especially Didis to survive. They cannot get any donations. Through
it all, those top groupist Wts do not help those general workers at all.
Rather they view them as lowly beings whom they can freely abuse and
cheat. See here the horrifying scene that is going on.
THE INHUMANE TREATMENT OF WORKERS
Nowadays, so-called Central Dadas and Didis are so inhumane that they do
not care one lick about the condition of general works. In particular,
ever since Nigama'nanda became General Finance Secretary of the Ranchi
administration, it has been a double hammer blow on the field workers.
Nigama'nanda is trying to suck the last drop of blood from our workers.
Nigama'nanda is the main perpetrator from the Dada's side, while Didi
Ananda Nitimaya' and Didi Ananda Prabha' are the two main Didis who are
creating hell in the life of general workers.
GENERAL WORKERS HAVE NO MONEY TO EAT
AT CAMPS AND REPORTING ETC
In the name of doing service and managing all kinds of projects, top
Dadas are grabbing every last penny from general workers and using those
funds to fuel their groupist war. They are using whatever money they can
get on lawyers, court cases, ammunition, etc. They are not leaving even
a single penny in the pockets of general wts such that workers cannot
even eat at the scheduled camps.
Nowadays "Centre" has fixed fees for food at RDS. Most recently at the
past RDS, Centre charged 300 Rs. for food in ETC and WRC Camps. And then
after the camps again they demanded money for food for 3 days of RDS.
They charged 200 RS. for each workers at RDS when they know that general
workers in Delhi sector do not have much money.
In fact, many Dadas and Didis who had no money or less money they could
not afford to even get food in RDS. They had to literally starve. Or
they took chura (puffed rice) that they had brought with them from the
field.
Such is the extreme greed and audacity of those group leaders. They
literally have not even a single ounce of good feeling or compassion for
our dedicated field workers. Those greedy groupists take every rupee and
watch gemeral wts starve at our own AM camps. That totally flies in the
face of Baba's mandate that supervisory workers should watch out for the
welfare of their junior workers etc.
Let us also keep in mind that these so-called Central Dadas & Didis get
donations from margiis in order to hold RDS and camps. Hence there is
money already allotted for this purpose. But those Dadas stuff that
money into their groupist war chest and then make the common workers pay
high fees to eat. And if our workers cannot pay then they are forced to
starve or eat crumbs only. This is the living reality of being a Wt in
Delhi sector.
THE CASES OF TWO DIDIS
DSL from Faizabad, A'nanda Saumyashekhara' had very little money left.
She had already paid 300 RS. as Camp fees. So she was not allowed to
take food in RDS. Didi Ananda Nitimaya' who is one of the ring leaders
and slavemasters from the Didi's side, abused our simple DSL Didi and
stopped her from getting any food.
Sahebganj DSL Didi humbly requested if she could pay 100 RS b/c she had
no more money than that. But instead of getting an understand reply,
that Didi got beaten by Didi Ananda Prabha' and Didi Ananda Nitimaya'.
Such is the way that RDS and the camps are going on. Those top Dadas and
Didis have sold their soul for groupism and the lust of post. In their
heart there is not even an morsel of family feeling or compassion for
their wt brothers and sisters. They minds and heart have become totally
brittle and hard due to years and years of gang warfare.
They have become leeches who suck the blood of good human beings.
MORE TO TELL
During the entire time of RDS, Citsvarupa'nanda and Nigama'nanda kept
trying to snatch money from workers. So instead of Reviewing,
Discussing, and Solving organisational problems at RDS, instead RDS has
just become one punishment session for general workers and a time when
top Dadas can steal every possible rupee from them.
Ever since "Centre" stopped receiving big money from smuggling guru
Pranavatmakananda and business CEO Citkrsnananda, the Central Dadas have
been struggling to finance their group war. In result, they are
especially harsh on the field workers.
All in all the situation is quite pitiful and shocking. It is hard to
believe that this is the way things are moving in our Marga. Our good
Wts are being smash into the earth by those groupist monsters.
Who would have thought that Baba told the following to not only describe
corporate CEO's, but this below teaching applies to those top Wts also.
Baba says, "A mind which runs after money moves in very crooked ways."

LOST THEIR LINK WITH GURU
One other hidden factor behind why those groupist leaders are hoarding
massive amounts of money is this:
Those Wts are not getting on in their years. They are no longer spring
chickens. Now many of then are in their 70's. And after years and years
of degraded thinking they have lost all link and connection with Baba.
They have forgotten they have come on this earth to serve Him. And they
have utterly lost the belief that Baba is taking care. They do not at
all feel that they are living under the shelter of Guru.
Thus they think only money can give them comfort and relief in their old
age. They have totally forgotten Guru's grace. In essence, they have
left the shelter of Guru. In that way, money has now become their god as
they think if they get money then in their very old age that money will
give them care and comfort.
Such is their degraded mentality, and pitiful condition. Their heart is
bereft of any spiritual or devotional feeling and instead they are
putting all hope in their bank account. Little do they know that money
will never save them in their hour of need.
WE SHOULD THINK
Let us all take time and reconsider how we can best help our field
workers in this dire situation when top Dadas & Didis are literally
sucking their blood like leeches.
BABA'S BLESSING
By Baba's grace, He is calling all unto the path of beatitude. However,
some do not pay heed to His call. Here below Baba colorfully describes
the fate of those top Dadas and Didis who abuse others in their lustful
pursuit of money. All should pay heed to Baba's warning.
Baba says, "The very nature of the mind is to become as it thinks. If it
thinks of money, the mental stuff will one day, in a gradual process of
crudification, be converted into money. After one’s physical death, the
mind will be converted into money, and may find shelter in the iron safe
of a moneylender. Will that be desirable? No, certainly not!" ('Yoga and
Tantra)

Sadhana?
"Baba says, "Whatever a man is to do in his spiritual life he is to do--
why? Because he is in love with the Supreme Entity. Love is the first
word, love is the starting point, and love is the last point." (AV-12,
p. 13)
Note: Baba's above guideline is very beneficial for sadhana. However
these days some innocent or simple people just do meditation for "mental
peace". And ever worse some wts do sadhana for show-- to pose themselves
as someone great. Such workers do hardly an ounce of sadhana when they
are alone; but when they go to margiis' houses then in Hollywood style
they sit in meditation for a long time. All done in order to put
themselves on display and create one show that they are highly elevated
sadhakas. Certain margiis do a similar thing when they attend retreats.
But by looking at the on-going conduct of such margiis one can
understand how far they are really doing sadhana or not. It is just like
if you are approaching one animal at night. At first you may think that
it is a tiger or a lion, but when that animal makes its weird 'Huan,
Huan' sound, then you know that it is just a jackal. Same is the case
when being around those types of few margiis and wts who put on a show
of sadhana. By their conduct and dealing they just expose themselves etc.
