(P.S. 1274) Purport: Baba, You have graced me by coming with the magical tunes and melodies of Prabhat Samgiita. You have advented Yourself here, & on the pathway You are singing Your blissful songs. Baba, in the early dawn everybody was sleeping so there was no one there to receive You, but even then that time You came by singing the song on the path-- resonating all around the divine vibrations of those loving, charming, and sweet songs. Baba, You are so gracious. You are not concerned about any getting type of special reception. You do not have the longing that everyone should come to receive You. Nor do You desire to be garlanded-- that also You do not care about. And on Your blissful arrival, the hari pari mandal, the circle of devotees also were not there to receive You. O' my Dearmost, on Your face there was a sweet smile and side by side You were keeping the flute of omnkara. You came step by step, taking one after another divine form. Baba, You have advented Yourself in the depths of my mind and in the deep core of my heart the omnkara dhvani-- eternal sound-- of the ankle bell is resonating. O' Baba You have taken Your place in my heart. In my mental Vrindaban, secretly and surprisingly You have come and in Your eyes there is anjana. Baba, You have graciously saturated the heart of all those who wanted to be loved. Everyone got drenched in Your love. Baba, You have come on this dusty earth and filled the whole universe with Your divine music. The whole creation is vibrated by Your aura... Note 1: In the above song the flute is not literally a flute but rather one of the eternal sounds that signifies the Presence and divine advent of Parama Purusa. His Presence brings the sound of om'ka'ra. Note 2: This song also represents the unfolding of the cycle of Brahmacakra as step by step from the eternal stance of Nirguna Brahma He is manifesting Himself in different forms and colors. And in this way the created universe has come into being. Note 3: In various discourses Baba describes how the om'ka'ra dhvani, or divine sounds of realisation, has different expressions such as the sound of the ankle bell or the roaring of the ocean etc. And according to their samskaras, sadhakas hear these different sounds. (Reference the 'Six Stages of Realisation' in NKS book.)
Namaskar, Our Ananda Marga aims at the all-round development and growth of each and every being of this vast universe. Through sterling examples, proper role-modeling, encouraging words, and corrective measures, we march and ahead trying to bring one and all, and indeed the whole society, into the stance of greatness and benevolence. Since 1990 though, one or another group has forgotten the lofty aims and high ideals which Baba has set forth; and; instead of trying to develop AM society, these factional chieftains have tried to capture it-- to seize it. Resorting to the such heinous methods as victimisation, power mongering, expulsion, and harsh punishment, the leading group or sub-group tries to maintain their position as Ruler or Dictator. This is what has been going for nearly the past two decades and this is what we are witnessing today. Yet such methods will not work-- not in the short-term and not in the long-term. This will not build up that singular human society nor that healthy human family. To end this type of reign of terror, may we once again review such integral aspects of Baba system of justice, and in particular social justice.
One significant idea is that proper understanding of the AM justice process is instrumental for creating security, peace, and harmony in our Marga. Because without justice, then unity and peace will not come. Thus means in any society where members are not getting justice, then that society will disintegrate. And in His Tattvika Praveshika book, 'Social Psychology' chapter, Baba says like this.
In His chapter on 'Justice' Baba very clearly tells that to safeguard society, human beings must not take punitive measures against anyone. BABA says, "It is obvious that for the preservation of social purity and integrity, humans can only take corrective measures, not penal." (HS pt 1) In the above teaching Baba is guiding us that in our AM we are only to issue disciplinary action that gives scope for rectification. No matter what a particular individual may have done, our approach in AM is that of rectification, not punishment. We do not have the right to take penal action against anyone. So penalisation is a distinct form of punishment which goes against the corrective process and therefore jeopardises the welfare and unity of the society. Then Baba further explains that only cosmic law has the power to give punishment. Because cosmic law is perfect, beyond defect, and it will serve to bring one and all onto the path of supreme salvation. Baba says: "The divine system (the law of cause and effect) that controls every pulsation of human existence alone has the right to penalize humans, and no other." (HS pt 1) So by all this the following points are clear: 1. We humans can only give corrective measures in our legal proceedings. 2. We do not have right to take punitive measures against anyone; 3. Only the Divine system can take "penal" action. And, these three points lead to the following conclusion: Human beings, whether acarya or margii, cannot issue punitive decisions as the entire AM justice system is based on corrective measures.
Baba says, "Harsh social punishment...does not find place in our society. Ananda Marga has formed a society which frames its laws on the basis of common ideals in order to develop the idea of the oneness of all humanity." (PNS-11, p.5)
By Baba's causeless grace He has set the stage whereby all will develop along the path of divinity and reach that Supreme Stance. Baba says, "Utilizing the vibrations created for eternal time by Shrii Shrii Anandamurtiji through janusparsha and varabhaya mudras, take yourself and the entire universe ahead along the path of all-round welfare. Omn Shanti." namaskar, Hariish Note: Unfortunately from time to time we see in our Marga how higher authorities penalise lower ones. But that is wrong. However, since 1991 whoever has been in the helm has done this sin. Tragically due to such penalisation, our organisation has broken into various pieces. Now this is the time to realise and understand. According to Baba's above teaching humans have no right to penalise other humans. This is the unique and unparalleled dictate of Baba.
*************************************** WT Conduct Rule: Vow of Silence
Baba says, "You will cultivate the practice of maonbrat (vow of silence) at least half an hour every day during working hours." (Pt #9 of Fourteen Points) Note: In the above conduct rule Baba is giving the solution of one common problem. Because many suffer from the mental disease of gossiping needlessly. It can happen to anyone but certain Wt's are more indulged because they talk all day long. Even if a kiirtan program is going on then still they are sitting and talking non-stop. So this is the psychic disease of some wts. And to stop this Baba has given the aforementioned conduct rule. So if any one is not following Baba's above guideline then they should be encouraged (or pressurized) to practice. And by that way they will gain control over their negative habit of talking uselessly. Indeed by that way one can make the extroverted mind introverted.
