== BEST CANDIDATE FOR THE JOB ==
Namaskar,
Just a day or so ago, one party announced the naming of their new
president. And, given the circumstances, there are several reasons why
the person selected was the best candidate.
Plus, for various reasons, this party has been keen to keep their
political aims out of sight. So that we will also discuss.
At the same time, let us remember that all in our Marga are our brothers
and sisters and the aim is for everyone to cross the victory line. Thus
if ever anyone stumbles, we are ever-ready to help them up and encourage
them along the path of neo-humanism.
With this feeling in mind let us take a look at these recent developments.
CRITERIA FOR BEING BEST CANDIDATE
When one party recently declared themselves as the “PAN-United Front”
(PUF) there were any number of factors which they had to consider when
selecting their new president.
(a) Their selected president would have to be loyal and faithful to
Sarvatmananda since the EC / PUF faction is a subsidiary of B group.
(b) Their selected president would have to be politically inclined--
capable of befooling others.
(c) Their selected president would have to hold wide-spread appeal; i.e.
they must not be Bengali born as this would be too obvious a sign of
EC's inherent link with the B regime. This they want to want to hide
otherwise they will not be able to attract margiis outside of Bengal.
(d) Their selected president should be able to "appeal" to the
non-Bengali public as this would allow B group to spread its wings.
(e) Plus there were so many other qualities needed of their selected
president.
So choosing someone was not easy as the the EC / PUF personnel had to
take all these factors into consideration before making their selection.
THE OBVIOUS CHOICE & OTHER POSSIBILITIES
The obvious choice was Pranavananda Dada as he more than satisfies all
of the above qualities. He is a tried and true bootlicker of
Sarvatmananda. Plus, Pranavananda can give tall talks about neo-humanism
and sadhana and show off his saintly ways in public. And various other
abilities he has. Plus, he is a native Hindi speaker. So he was the
obvious choice to be president.
But alas, it was not meant to be, as Pranavananda Dada has some serious
character issues that haunt him. Misconduct has destroyed many a
presidential candidate in the past, and this case was no different. So
Dada P could not be selected.
Then of course there were others.
Cidananda was ideal in many ways but he is troubled by ill health;
Parmeshvarananda could have also satisfied the ticket but he is being
targeted for becoming PP; Tapeshvarananda has many of the attributes but
Bengali is his mother tongue so that could not work; same is the case
with Nityasatyananda; then there is Bhaskarananda who likes prestige but
he thinks it is too much of a headache to hold such a post; finally,
Vandanananda's name came up but he is antithetical to Sarvatmananda so
Dada V could not be the one.
Indeed still B group remembers how in the past Rudrananda was their
loyal adherent but then he duped them. Keeping this in mind, B personnel
think that Vandanananda is just one of Rudrananda's politicians so he
can no longer be deemed as loyal-- not ever again.
So for one or another reason, none of the above persons could qualify as
being PUF president.
AND THE NEW PRESIDENT IS....
Carefully evaluating the situation, the "powers-that-be" opted for
Yatishvarananda as the new president of the PUF. He was the best fit
given the situation.
Dada Y is a revered follower of Sarvatmananda; he is not of Bengali
origin as he hails from Tamil Nadu; he was posted overseas as SS for
many years so he has developed his own charismatic appeal; and various
other qualities he has.
The only drawback was that Dada Y is not a native Hindi speaker. That
would have been helpful to lure margiis from Bihar. This was his main
demerit.
But often times when selecting a president, concessions need to be made.
And that was one given the situation.
All in all the EC / PUF leaders feel that Dada Y is a fine choice for
president as he most closely satisfies all the needed conditions.
EC's NEW LOOK
Taking a look at things from a different angle, for EC to be selecting a
president brings them more out into the open.
Consider this...
WHY CERTAIN TENDENCIES ARE CONCEALED
In our Marga, as we all know groupism is a negative thing because it
blatantly shows that a particular clan is making a run for post and
power-- giving up any ideological considerations. Groups exist for the
sole reason of grabbing the top chair; they have no greater goal than
that. Thus no one wants to admit that they are just one selfish group.
It is just like in places where homosexuality is not appreciated, then
no gay person wants to publicly declare themselves as being a
homosexual, rather they try to hide and cover up the fact. Likewise, in
front of their own mother and father, no drug addict wants to openly
display that they are a "junkie", rather they always try to conceal
their dirty ways.
Because people always try to hide their negative tendencies if the
environment is not conducive.
But in all these circumstances when the conclusion becomes too far
gone-- i.e. when a homosexual becomes so involved with his male
counterpart that they openly kiss in public, or when a drug addict is
doped up 24hrs a day and walks around in a delirious state at a family
gathering-- then it is no longer possible for such agents to conceal
their true identity.
And that is exactly what has happened with EC. Since the beginning they
did not want to show themselves as being a group. Instead they used
terms & platforms like "committee", "peace meeting", etc.
All because it was unfavorourable for them to show themselves as a being
a group-- or more precisely, a pawn of B group. Thus for years and years
they refrained.
Of course those with eyes to see could understand from the get-go that
EC was nothing but a groupist subsidiary of B group. Many margiis
understood this fact, only some were naive and they could not believe
that EC was a group.
But now that EC has named their own president and become big players in
the underworld of groupist politics-- now there is no question of their
hiding their true identity. Because when one team has openly proclaimed
that they have their own appointed president, then it is clear they are
in it for the power and everyone in the world easily sees that they are
firmly rooted in the dirt of groupism.
That is what has happened to EC when they announced the selection of
their new president.
THE IRONY OF IT ALL
So the funny thing about it all is that even though since their groupist
inception EC has been trying hard to portray themselves as being free &
clear of groupism-- i.e. in the past they would never openly recognise
themselves as being a group per se, BUT with the announcement of their
new president there is no longer any denying what they are. They are in
fact their own group. So now, the cat is out of the bag on that one. We
can all clearly see who and what they are-- irregardless of their past
denials about groupism.
THE MAIN THING THEY STILL WANT TO CONCEAL
With their groupist flag now out for public display, then main thing the
EC / PUF leaders want to conceal is their inner alliance with B group.
Exposing that would prove disastrous. Because then B group's entire plan
of using EC as as fishing line to catch margiis from all over India
would be for naught. So it was highly needed to conceal this inner
connection between EC and B. Admitting EC as a group is one thing, but
showing EC as the step-child of B group would unravel all their selfish
aims.
That is why they were extremely careful to choose a president that would
not expose this hidden fact.
But after all, the margiis have a developed sense of vivek, so how far
EC and B will be able to hide their treatise is marginal. Because people
can see what is at work.
And all along, Rudrananda's steam engine will roll on and on.
So there are any number of variables going on.
NEO-HUMANISM IS THE ONLY WAY
Whether known as EC or PUF, whether a child of B group or a rival of H
group, with a new president or not, all these things are meaningless in
the wake of Baba's divine mission. Such groupist interludes will never
bring our Marga to its fruition.
Only by adhering to His neo-humanistic ideals will our Marga shine like
the jewel that it really is.
That is why margiis around the globe are singing the song of
neo-humanism and not the name of xyz Dada who was selected as this or
that president.
BABA'S BLESSING
By Baba's grace our Marga family is ready to face the present reality
and bring our organisation back on the pathway of true spirituality,
casting aside all charades of groupism.
Baba says, "Human civilization now faces the final moment of a critical
juncture. The dawn of a glorious new era is on its one side and the
worn-out skeleton of the past on the other. People have to adopt either
of these two. You are the spiritual soldiers, you are the worshipers of
Life Divine, hence I call you to adorn this crimson dawn deluged with
glorious light. Victory is surely yours." (A'nanda Va'nii #26)

Ajapa - Japa & Adhyana - Dhyana
Baba says, "If a man constantly chants his japa mantra or meditates
ceaselessly, then the rhythm of this japa, the rhythm that adores the
Guru during dhyana, will act as auto-suggestion during the time of
sleep, although he does not remember it...A sadhaka with this capacity
continues his dhyana and japa even in sleep. This kind of japa is called
"Ajapa' Japa"; that is to say, without performing japa, one is actually
performing it. And it is called "Adhya'na' Dhyana", which means that
without actually meditating, the act of meditation is going on." (YP,

Dear Brothers and Sisters, Namaskar.
As you know from the NIA/NITA list that in our last global meeting we resolved to make a 'top level decision making committee' for the NI movement.
To start this off we invited the NI acaryas, who are not openly affiliated with either the H or B group, and who had been a worker since 1976, to join the committee. 5 of them joined - myself, Abhidevananda, Sarvabodhananda, Pranakrsnananda and Ananda Harimaya.
Our first discussion point was a vote on including more members to the committee from amongst NIA who are on the NIA mailing list.
I am pleased to inform you that you have been voted onto this committee along with 7 other NIAs. We will shortly be subscribing you to the mailing list of this committee.
This committee is to be a collective decision-making body on proposals put forward for the NI movement whose overall platform has already been encapsulated in the 4 step plan. The decisions will be based on a 2/3 majority of the members of the body.
The mailing list, which has been named 'nipur' and the role of the nipur body is not to engage in general discussion. General discussion should take place on the other mailing lists.
We are asking those who participate to agree to two basic points. That is:
1. To support the collective decision of our 'nipur' body.
2. To maintain the secrecy of our mailing list or face-to-face discussions.

ReplyDeleteEC is unholy and cowards. Paramatmananda fled before RDS in Suva Sector because his group is on the wane.
Other members of his group who are fanatics about setting up their own style and system are Ananda Shamita and Ananda Vitandra and Rukmini (one margii sister) follows them. Other near ex-members are now dropping out of this group. Ananda Ashesa is also one of these groupist and goes for 3 hour driving lessons alone with Paramatmananda - such a long time for learning skills.
This is the life they follow. They don't understand Baba legacy of organisation system and structure and want to use their small I intellects for setting themselves up.
